Location

These were photos from three weeks ago. I found a little time today to finally get them done!

I have made it a habit to scout for good photo spots while I am driving or walking around with my little toddler. This particular location was a shortcut from our house to the neighborhood playground. It was perfect! So one not-so-cold afternoon, we took a walk to this area and I snapped away. I had about 45 min before the sun totally set. Thankfully, she was in the mood to give me some smiles!

I noticed how she has started "writing" with her left hand. Perhaps she will be a lefty just like her daddy.

Rain day

For the first time in MONTHS, it finally rained almost the whole day. We badly need it and we are expecting more this weekend. Yay! Even the little girl is happy! :)

Harvesting leaves

These photos were taken the day before Sophia got sick for almost 2 weeks. She seemed fine here but the next morning was all about fever. She loves being outdoors. Fall comes late in Texas - our tree has not even changed color yet. There were leaves on our front yard from our neighbors tree and Sophia loved gathering them for her little bucket.
